I absolutely love that she wanted to include her siblings into her senior session! We definitely had a full session and shot well into the dark! I truly felt honored to meet this beautiful, strong, talented girl. I know she’s going to do great things with her life and build up others around her, especially these two little ones who mean so much to her.

I am so excited to start showing you some of my sessions that you haven’t seen yet from last fall. So I’m sure you’ll get bombarded with some blog posts over the next few days so I can feel caught up.
Meet Alyssa. I got to shoot her sister’s senior photos a couple years ago, so it was so fun having a reunion with her sister and mom who hung out with us during our shoot and also getting to know Alyssa. We had so much fun through the whole session. Lots and lots of laughing. Enjoy a peek into her session….

Brittany told me that she lived in the country but was more of a city girl at heart, so I decided we should do a mix of both, especially toward the end…both at the same time! Also, she told me she doesn’t think her eyes are ‘anything special’. I’m sure we would all disagree with that statement.

I loved shooting on this land where we spent most of our time because it was their family land, has been in their family for generations, and has so much meaning to them. I always like extra touches of meaning involved in sessions, especially one with so much history.
Also, Katie is just the nicest, warmest person. It was a pleasure to be around her for her senior session. She’s going to go places in life.

Wow wow wow wow wow. This was one of those sessions where — thanks to a lot of hard work and some really awesome people that I was able to meet and become friends with in the process — everything worked out exactly how I envisioned, and the feeling that comes from that is so fun. I absolutely loved it. I hope you enjoy this little peek into her senior session.
It’s sessions like this that make me say to myself, Maybe I’m doing the right thing.
She has so many more in her final gallery, but here are some of my favorites, as usual.
