I am soooo behind on blogging. There are still some shoots from Christmas that I never blogged! Here’s a semi-recent one though with some newborn twins. Awww.

I absolutely love that she wanted to include her siblings into her senior session! We definitely had a full session and shot well into the dark! I truly felt honored to meet this beautiful, strong, talented girl. I know she’s going to do great things with her life and build up others around her, especially these two little ones who mean so much to her.

I was so lucky to meet this family as clients years ago (when they were a family of 3), and since then have become great friends with them. They’re some of the nicest, warmest, and most genuine and interesting people I have met since living in Temple, and Kami has practically been a 2nd mom to my daughter and a great friend to me. They’re moving soon, sniff sniff, and will be extremely missed. Luckily we are coincidentally moving about 90 minutes away from each other this summer to the northeast so maybe we’ll still get to see each other from time to time. Yay!
I could go on and on, but since I just have a few minutes, I wanted to share some of the images I took for them in about 15 – 20 minutes one day, which was about everyone’s attention span that afternoon. Here are my faves…

So I am getting completely carried away with how many photos I’m sharing from their session, but I have a total soft spot for this session and this adorable girl in general. She completely won me over and reminded me of my own daughter a little as well. She has a BIG personality and the cutest expressions and she just makes you love her immediately.
We had an awesome foggy morning as well. It really created a beautiful mood and went so well with our setting. Love it.

Love this beautiful family! They were such troopers in the slightly crisp 42 degree weather of the morning we were shooting. Luckily it did start warming up pretty quickly once the sun started to rise a bit more. We had some beautiful light to work with as well.
The cold and allergens definitely got to my eyes a bit (and I think my eyes just tend to water while I’m shooting anyway), but when I got into the car at the end of our session and glanced in the mirror I realized I had mascara ALL over my face. No, really. ALL over it. And they didn’t even look at me disgustedly like I was a freak. Ha!
Enjoy this peek….
