This is part one of what will most likely be a two parter session. We had planned to do about half the shoot with specific poses and the other half really candid on the playground… only, the playground we wanted to use had about 80 people on and around it so those plans got cancelled for the time being.
You can really tell this family has fun together, and you’d be hard-pressed to find a cuter family out there! Enjoy some of their session!
Love this one of all four of them! Aren’t they adorable? Love the colors in their clothes too. So bright!
It’s fun noticing the different relationships between family members as I’m looking through my camera and then later as I’m going through them more carefully. I love the way the oldest son looks at his dad — he always looks at him so lovingly. You can tell right away that his dad is his hero.
I love these photos of the girls playing in the leaves, especially of the younger daughter. Could she look any happier? I also love seeing the rest of the family in the background on the right.
This one is one of my faves — I just love seeing the boys having so much fun together. It was very obvious very quickly that wrestling with Daddy is among their very favorite things to do.
I love all these of Mom & Dad too. No wonder their kids are so cute, right?
During the Mom & Dad photos, Mom jokingly told the kids to go play in the creek so we could have some alone time. Well, daughter #2 took that a little too literally and slipped right into the creek. Good thing Dad was there to take care of her….

Ok, I love the one of the four kids in a circle. Sm between St & Js hands is adorable. And, I’m jealous my husband wouldn’t kiss ME b/c there were like 3 people “watching just” & THEY had an audience of 80! Awesome. Oh and both of St & the girls, esp. the hat kissy one.
Wow! Jason and I always say we wish we could freeze the kids right here because they are all at such fun ages. Now we have a great memory keepsake of these years. Thank you! You did an amazing job.
